Currency and tax-inclusive prices
Unless the storefront or checkout clearly states otherwise, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Product prices include applicable sales tax that VERELOOM is required to collect. The tax portion may vary by delivery destination and may be shown separately on the checkout summary or receipt, but it is included in the displayed product price when the tax-inclusive setting applies.
Shipping charges, if any, are separate. Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping. For orders below $60, the available shipping charge is shown before payment is submitted.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary by device, location, order value, or payment provider. Do not send cash or full card details by email.
Authorization and order acceptance
When an order is submitted, the payment provider may authorize or charge the selected payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may review, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, shipping restrictions, or misuse of a promotion.
Payment security
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and our commerce platform. VERELOOM does not receive or store the full payment-card number in ordinary store operations. Payment providers may use tokenization, authentication, and fraud-screening tools.
Failed or reversed payments
If a payment is declined, reversed, or cannot be verified, the order may be delayed or canceled. Please confirm that billing information matches the payment account and contact the payment provider if the issue continues.
Billing errors and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@vereloom.com first so we can investigate. This does not limit any rights you may have with your card issuer or under applicable law.
